Shipping and Return


Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from the Satya Selection website. The exchange will not be allowed on without any genuine issue with the product. The product can be exchanged only if there is any Sizing issue, mark or damage found after the delivery of the product to the customer. The product will be inspected by the delivery person at the time of requesting the return, and invoice number, date and the reason for return supplied. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. A reimbursement will not be allowed on Product returned after 7 days from invoice. If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Satya Selection, the customer receives a product which does not correspond or quadrate to its order, the Customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may obtain a replacement product from the site, after returning the original product to Satya Selection, provided that the returned product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.

Warranty Service:

Satya Selection offers one year warranty on clothes to all our customers, to the original purchaser that our clothes are free from defect in materials and workmanship. Problems in the zipper and wear and tear of material will come under one year warranty.  The pickup and drop service will be without charge and will be upon us.

All warranty returns must be sent at the purchaser’s expense with a copy of the purchase receipt. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.
